Description
Usage & Directions
Take 10 ml daily, neat or in liquid (e.g. juice or water). Optimal temperature between +2 and +21 °C – briefly the product also withstands more extreme temperatures. After opening, store in the fridge and use within 6 weeks. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
Dosage and intake of the liposomal multivitamin
10 ml provide 13 vitamins as well as zinc, selenium, iodine, copper, chromium and magnesium; most nutrients cover 100 % of the nutrient reference value or more. One 250 ml bottle lasts for 25 daily doses. You can take the liposomal multivitamin neat or stir it into water or juice; the time of day is up to you. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

What is a liposomal multivitamin?
A liposomal multivitamin contains vitamins and minerals packed into liposomes. Liposomes are microscopically small vesicles made of phospholipids – the same building blocks that make up the membranes of your body's cells. This shell protects the ingredients on their way through the stomach and gut.

Liquid liposomal multivitamin vs. multivitamin tablets: the difference
Multivitamins usually come as tablets or capsules. In our liquid multivitamin, the ingredients are embedded in liposomes made of sunflower phospholipids. You take it by the spoonful, without having to swallow capsules or tablets. For children, the amount is easy to adjust.

Ingredients of the liposomal multivitamin: what's inside and why
- Vitamins per daily dose: vitamin A (800 µg), C (112 mg), D3 (25 µg), E (18 mg), K (75 µg) as well as B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, biotin, folate (400 µg) and B12.
- Minerals and trace elements: zinc (10 mg), selenium (56 µg), iodine (150 µg), copper (200 µg), chromium (10 µg) and magnesium (10 mg).
- Active forms: vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, folate as calcium 5-methyltetrahydrofolate, vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5-phosphate.
- Phospholipids from sunflowers (1000 mg per daily dose): form the liposomes in which the nutrients are packed. They are sourced from the EU.
- Water, glycerol, malic acid and rosemary extract: water and glycerol as the carrier liquid, malic acid as an acidifier, rosemary extract as an antioxidant.
The product is vegan and contains honeydew melon flavouring.

Liquid liposomal multivitamin or tablets: what is the difference?
Liposomes are tiny vesicles made of phospholipids that are stable in liquid. That is why we offer the liposomal multivitamin as a liquid. You take it by the spoonful or stir it into a drink.
How much liposomal multivitamin per day makes sense?
The recommended intake is 10 ml per day, which is about 2 teaspoons. One 250 ml bottle lasts 25 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
When do I take the multivitamin?
You can take the 10 ml neat or stir them into water or juice. The time of day is up to you.
Can I combine the multivitamin with other products?
Take care not to double up on individual nutrients. The multivitamin already provides 25 µg vitamin D3, 10 mg zinc and 800 µg vitamin A per daily dose.
Is the liposomal multivitamin suitable for children?
Yes, our liposomal multivitamin is also suitable for children, but at a reduced dose: 2.5 ml per day for children aged 1 to 4, 5 ml for ages 5 to 8 and 7.5 ml for ages 9 to 12. For children aged 4 and over there is also our dedicated All-in-One for kids.
Who should not take the multivitamin?
If you are pregnant, consult a doctor before taking it because of the vitamin A it contains. The same applies if you have a thyroid condition, because the product contains iodine, and if you take anticoagulants or other medication.
How long does the liposomal multivitamin keep after opening?
After opening, keep the bottle in the fridge and use it up within 6 weeks. Unopened, it is best stored between +2 and +21 °C.
