Vitamin B complex is a nutrient complex consisting of various water-soluble B vitamins. They are among the essential micronutrients. Some B vitamins also support normal psychological function and the normal formation of red blood cells.

What makes this product particularly special is its focus on bioavailability through the well-researched liposome drug delivery system. Liposomes have proven to be effective carrier systems that transport substances to specific target sites, overcoming natural barriers. In this case, they enable the absorption of B vitamins into the bloodstream via oral administration, bypassing the selective mechanisms of our digestive system.
We currently do not have any commissioned studies for our B complex, so we cannot directly demonstrate the exact impact on bioavailability. However, we have commissioned several studies on other substances (see the "About Liposomes" section), all of which demonstrate a significant increase in bioavailability.

You can imagine liposomes as small (lipid) vesicles made of the same material as our human cell membrane. But what does bioavailability mean?
