Usage & Directions

Magnesium and Vitamin C: Take 10 mldaily, either undiluted or with liquid (e.g., juice or water). Vitamin D3 + K2 is more concentrated than the other products – 5 ml per dayor 10 ml every other day is sufficient. Optimal temperature between +2 and +21 °C – the product can also withstand more extreme temperatures for a short period. Store in the refrigerator after opening and use within 6 weeks. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children.
