Usage & Directions
Take 10 ml daily, neat or in liquid (e.g. juice or water). Optimal temperature between +2 and +21 °C – briefly the product also withstands more extreme temperatures. After opening, store in the fridge and use within 6 weeks. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
Dosage and intake of pumpkin seed extract with nettle
10 ml provide 90 mg pumpkin seed extract, 60 mg nettle extract, 30 mg quercetin, 15 mg pomegranate extract and 10 mg zinc (100 % of the nutrient reference value). One 250 ml bottle lasts for 25 daily doses. You can take Prosta+ neat or stir it into water or juice; the time of day is up to you. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Pumpkin seed extract, nettle and zinc for men: what is Prosta+?
Prosta+ is a liquid food supplement for men. It combines plant extracts with zinc, packed into liposomes. Liposomes are microscopically small vesicles made of phospholipids – the same building blocks that make up the membranes of your body's cells. This shell protects the ingredients on their way through the stomach and gut.

Liquid pumpkin seed extract vs. pumpkin seed capsules: the difference
Pumpkin seed and nettle extracts are mostly available as capsules. In Prosta+ the ingredients are embedded in liposomes made of sunflower phospholipids. You take it by the spoonful, without having to swallow capsules.

- Pumpkin seed extract (90 mg per daily dose) and nettle extract (60 mg): the nettle extract provides 6 mg sitosterol.
- Quercetin (30 mg) and pomegranate extract (15 mg): two further plant compounds.
- Zinc di-L-ascorbate: provides 10 mg zinc per daily dose.
- Phospholipids from sunflowers (1300 mg per daily dose): form the liposomes in which the ingredients are packed. They are sourced from the EU.
- Water, glycerol, malic acid and rosemary extract: water and glycerol as the carrier liquid, malic acid as an acidifier, rosemary extract as an antioxidant.
The product is vegan.

Pumpkin seed extract and the prostate: what are we allowed to say?
We are not allowed to make any statements about the effects of pumpkin seed or nettle on the prostate, because no health claim is authorised in the EU for this. What we are allowed to say: the zinc it contains contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and to normal fertility and reproduction.
Does Prosta+ contain saw palmetto?
No. Prosta+ contains pumpkin seed extract, nettle extract, quercetin, pomegranate extract and zinc, but no saw palmetto.

Liquid pumpkin seed extract or capsules: what is the difference?
Liposomes are tiny vesicles made of phospholipids that are stable in liquid. That is why we offer Prosta+ as a liquid. You take it by the spoonful or stir it into a drink.
How much Prosta+ per day makes sense?
The recommended intake is 10 ml per day, which is about 2 teaspoons. One 250 ml bottle lasts 25 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Can I combine Prosta+ with other zinc products?
Prosta+ provides 10 mg zinc per daily dose. The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) sets 25 mg zinc per day as the upper limit for total intake for adults. For this reason, do not combine Prosta+ with high-dose zinc products.
When and how do I take Prosta+?
You can take the 10 ml neat or stir them into water or juice. The time of day is up to you.
Who is Prosta+ intended for, and when should I see a doctor?
Prosta+ is intended for adult men. You should always have urinary complaints such as a frequent urge to urinate or urinating at night checked by a doctor; a food supplement is no substitute for that. If you take medication regularly, discuss taking it with your doctor beforehand.
How long does Prosta+ keep after opening?
After opening, keep the bottle in the fridge and use it up within 6 weeks. Unopened, it is best stored between +2 and +21 °C.
