Take 10 ml daily, neat or in liquid (e.g. juice or water). Optimal temperature between +2 and +21 °C – briefly the product also withstands more extreme temperatures. After opening, store in the fridge and use within 6 weeks. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.

What is liposomal omega 3?
Liposomal omega 3 contains omega-3 fatty acids packed into liposomes. Liposomes are microscopically small vesicles made of phospholipids – the same building blocks that make up the membranes of your body's cells. This shell protects the ingredients on their way through the stomach and gut.
Omega 3 orange combines the omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA from algae with astaxanthin from microalgae. The DHA content has deliberately been set high. The product is vegan. More about liposomes →
Liposomal omega 3 vs. omega-3 capsules: the difference
Omega 3 is usually available as an oil or in capsules. In Omega 3 orange, the omega-3 oil is embedded in liposomes made of sunflower phospholipids and dispersed in liquid. You take it by the spoonful, without having to swallow large capsules.

Ingredients of Omega 3 orange Liposomal: what's inside and why
- Omega 3 from algae (2650 mg omega-3 oil per daily dose): provides 1000 mg DHA and 330 mg EPA.
- Haematococcus extract (20 mg): from the microalga Haematococcus pluvialis; provides 2 mg natural astaxanthin.
- Phospholipids from sunflowers (1300 mg per daily dose): form the liposomes in which the omega-3 oil is packed. They are sourced from the EU.
- Water, glycerol, malic acid and rosemary extract: water and glycerol as the carrier liquid, malic acid as an acidifier, rosemary extract as an antioxidant.
The product is vegan and contains Sicilian lemon oil as a flavouring.

Why does Omega 3 orange contain astaxanthin?
Astaxanthin is a natural carotenoid from microalgae and gives the product its orange colour. We are not allowed to make any statements about the effects of astaxanthin.

Who should not take omega 3?
Omega 3 orange is designed to be well tolerated. If you take anticoagulants or other medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a doctor before taking it.
How long does liposomal omega 3 keep after opening?
After opening, keep the bottle in the fridge and use it up within 6 weeks. Unopened, it is best stored between +2 and +21 °C.
