Take 10 ml daily, neat or in liquid (e.g. juice or water). Optimal temperature between +2 and +21 °C – briefly the product also withstands more extreme temperatures. What is liposomal OPC?
Liposomal OPC is grape seed extract packed into liposomes. Liposomes are microscopically small vesicles made of phospholipids – the same building blocks that make up the membranes of your body's cells. This shell protects the extract on its way through the stomach and gut.
OPC stands for oligomeric proanthocyanidins. These are plant compounds from the polyphenol family that are found mainly in grape seeds. More about liposomes →
Liposomal OPC vs. OPC capsules: the difference
In capsules, grape seed extract comes as a powder. In our liquid product, it is embedded in liposomes made of sunflower phospholipids. You take it by the spoonful, without having to swallow capsules.

Ingredients of liposomal OPC 200: what's inside and why
- Grape seed extract (200 mg per daily dose): of which 130 mg are OPC, i.e. oligomeric proanthocyanidins.
- Phospholipids from sunflowers (1300 mg per daily dose): form the liposomes in which the grape seed extract is packed. They are sourced from the EU.
- Water and glycerol: the carrier liquid in which the liposomes remain stable.
- Sea buckthorn extract, malic acid and rosemary extract: sea buckthorn as a plant-based addition, malic acid as an acidifier, rosemary extract as an antioxidant.
The product is vegan and contains no added flavourings.

Is liposomal OPC suitable for children?
Yes, our liposomal OPC is also suitable for children, but at a reduced dose: 2.5 ml per day for children aged 1 to 4, 5 ml for ages 5 to 8 and 7.5 ml for ages 9 to 12. For children aged 4 and over there is also our dedicated All-in-One for kids.
Does OPC have side effects, and who should not take it?
Our liposomal OPC is designed to be well tolerated. If you take anticoagulant or other medication, are pregnant, are breastfeeding or have a medical condition, consult a doctor before taking it.
How long does liposomal OPC keep after opening?
After opening, keep the bottle in the fridge and use it up within 6 weeks. Unopened, it is best stored between +2 and +21 °C.
