Usage & Directions
Take 10 ml daily, neat or in liquid (e.g. juice or water). Optimal temperature between +2 and +21 °C – briefly the product also withstands more extreme temperatures. After opening, store in the fridge and use within 6 weeks. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
Dosage and intake of liposomal fisetin
10 ml provide 100 mg fisetin, 80 mg coenzyme Q10, 50 mg quercetin and 100 mg vitamin C (125 % of the nutrient reference value). One 250 ml bottle lasts for 25 daily doses. You can take Cell Recovery neat or stir it into water or juice; the time of day is up to you. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Liposomal fisetin with Q10 and quercetin: what is Cell Recovery?
Cell Recovery is a liquid food supplement with fisetin, coenzyme Q10, quercetin and vitamin C, packed into liposomes. Liposomes are microscopically small vesicles made of phospholipids – the same building blocks that make up the membranes of your body's cells. This shell protects the ingredients on their way through the stomach and gut.
Fisetin and quercetin are plant compounds from the flavonoid group; coenzyme Q10 is a substance the body produces itself. All three are considered poorly bioavailable when taken in conventional form. More about liposomes →
Liquid fisetin or fisetin capsules: the difference
Fisetin, Q10 and quercetin are mostly available individually as capsules. In Cell Recovery, the ingredients are embedded in liposomes made of sunflower phospholipids. You take it by the spoonful, without having to swallow capsules or tablets. That way you get all three in one serving.

Ingredients
Water, glycerol, phospholipids (from sunflowers), sodium L-ascorbate, fisetin, coenzyme Q10, flavorings: lime; ginger; cucumber, quercetin dihydrate, acidifier: malic acid, sea buckthorn extract, antioxidant: rosemary extract.

- Fisetin (100 mg per daily dose): a flavonoid that occurs in strawberries, among other foods.
- Coenzyme Q10 (80 mg) and quercetin (50 mg): a substance the body produces itself and a further flavonoid.
- Sodium L-ascorbate: provides 100 mg vitamin C per daily dose.
- Phospholipids from sunflowers (1300 mg per daily dose): form the liposomes in which the ingredients are packed. They are sourced from the EU.
- Water, glycerol, sea buckthorn extract, malic acid and rosemary extract: water and glycerol as the carrier liquid, sea buckthorn as a plant-based addition, malic acid as an acidifier, rosemary extract as an antioxidant.
The product is vegan and contains lime, ginger and cucumber flavourings.

Who should not take Cell Recovery?
Cell Recovery is designed to be well tolerated. If you take anticoagulants or other medication, are pregnant, are breastfeeding or have a medical condition, consult a doctor before taking it.
How long does Cell Recovery keep after opening?
After opening, keep the bottle in the fridge and use it up within 6 weeks. Unopened, it is best stored between +2 and +21 °C.
