Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is a plant compound that has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries. It belongs to the nightshade family and contains natural plant compounds, including withanolides.
Due to legal requirements, we are not permitted to provide detailed information about the effects of the ingredients here. Therefore, for some products, you will find little or no information about their effects on the body.
