Usage & Directions
Take 10 ml daily, neat or in liquid (e.g. juice or water). Optimal temperature between +2 and +21 °C – briefly the product also withstands more extreme temperatures. After opening, store in the fridge and use within 6 weeks. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
Dosage and intake of vitamin C with zinc and vitamin D3
10 ml provide 505 mg vitamin C, 15 mg zinc, 10 µg vitamin D3, 75 µg vitamin K2, 7 mg each of vitamin B2 and B6, 250 µg folate, 50 µg biotin and 50 µg vitamin B12. One 250 ml bottle lasts for 25 daily doses. You can take Immune Support neat or stir it into water or juice; the time of day is up to you. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Vitamin C, zinc and vitamin D3 for the immune system: what is Immune Support?
Immune Support is a liquid food supplement with vitamin C, zinc, vitamin D3 and further vitamins, packed into liposomes. Liposomes are microscopically small vesicles made of phospholipids – the same building blocks that make up the membranes of your body's cells. This shell protects the ingredients on their way through the stomach and gut.
The combination contains the nutrients for which a function in the immune system is proven: vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and folate. More about liposomes →
Vitamin C and zinc as a liquid or as tablets: the difference
Vitamin C and zinc are mostly available as tablets or effervescent tablets. In Immune Support, the ingredients are embedded in liposomes made of sunflower phospholipids. You take it by the spoonful, without having to swallow capsules or tablets.

Ingredients: vitamin C, zinc, vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and B vitamins
- Vitamin C (505 mg) and zinc (15 mg): from sodium L-ascorbate, L-ascorbic acid and zinc ascorbate.
- Vitamin D3 (10 µg) and vitamin K2 (75 µg): as cholecalciferol and menaquinone MK7.
- B vitamins: vitamin B2 and B6 (7 mg each), folate (250 µg), biotin (50 µg) and vitamin B12 (50 µg).
- Phospholipids from sunflowers (1300 mg per daily dose): form the liposomes in which the nutrients are packed. They are sourced from the EU.
- Water, glycerol, sea buckthorn extract, malic acid and rosemary extract: water and glycerol as the carrier liquid, sea buckthorn as a plant-based addition, malic acid as an acidifier, rosemary extract as an antioxidant.
The product is vegan and contains orange and cinnamon flavouring.

The statement on physical exercise applies with a daily intake of 200 mg vitamin C in addition to the recommended daily dose.

Which vitamins contribute to the immune system?
For six nutrients this is proven and authorised: vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folate and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Immune Support contains all six.
Can you boost your immune system?
Boost is not a term we are allowed to use. What is proven: vitamin C, vitamin D and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. The foundation remains a balanced diet, sufficient sleep and exercise.
Vitamin C and zinc as a liquid or as tablets: what is the difference?
Liposomes are tiny vesicles made of phospholipids that are stable in liquid. That is why we offer Immune Support as a liquid. You take it by the spoonful or stir it into a drink.
How much Immune Support per day makes sense?
The recommended intake is 10 ml per day, which is about 2 teaspoons. One 250 ml bottle lasts 25 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Can I combine Immune Support with other products?
Immune Support already provides 15 mg zinc and 505 mg vitamin C per daily dose. Therefore, do not combine it with further high-dose zinc products; the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) sets 25 mg zinc per day as the upper limit for adults.
When and how do I take Immune Support?
You can take the 10 ml neat or stir them into water or juice. The time of day is up to you.
Is Immune Support suitable for children?
Yes, Immune Support is also suitable for children, but at a reduced dose: 2.5 ml per day for children aged 1 to 4, 5 ml for ages 5 to 8 and 7.5 ml for ages 9 to 12. For children aged 4 and over there is also our dedicated All-in-One for kids.
Who should not take Immune Support?
If you take anticoagulants (blood thinners), consult a doctor before taking it because of the vitamin K it contains. The same applies if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or take other medication.
How long does Immune Support keep after opening?
After opening, keep the bottle in the fridge and use it up within 6 weeks. Unopened, it is best stored between +2 and +21 °C.
