Usage & Directions
Take 10 ml daily, neat or in liquid (e.g. juice or water). Optimal temperature between +2 and +21 °C – briefly the product also withstands more extreme temperatures. After opening, store in the fridge and use within 6 weeks. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
Dosage and intake of chasteberry with vitamin B6
10 ml provide 2 mg vitamin B6 (143 % of the nutrient reference value), 14 mg iron (100 %), 16 mg vitamin B3, 1.6 mg vitamin B1, 50 mg magnesium as well as 20 mg chasteberry extract, 50 mg ashwagandha root extract and 20 mg ginger extract. One 250 ml bottle lasts for 25 daily doses. You can take Cycle Support neat or stir it into water or juice; the time of day is up to you. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Liposomal chasteberry (vitex) with vitamin B6 and iron: what is Cycle Support?
Cycle Support is a liquid food supplement for women with vitamin B6, iron, B vitamins, magnesium and plant extracts, packed into liposomes. Liposomes are microscopically small vesicles made of phospholipids – the same building blocks that make up the membranes of your body's cells. This shell protects the ingredients on their way through the stomach and gut.

Liquid liposomal chasteberry or chasteberry capsules: the difference
Chasteberry and iron are mostly available as capsules or tablets. In Cycle Support, the ingredients are embedded in liposomes made of sunflower phospholipids. You take it by the spoonful, without having to swallow capsules or tablets.

Ingredients: chasteberry, vitamin B6, iron, magnesium and ashwagandha
- Vitamin B6 (2 mg), vitamin B3 (16 mg) and vitamin B1 (1.6 mg): vitamin B6 is present in its active form, pyridoxal 5-phosphate.
- Iron (14 mg) and magnesium (50 mg): from ferric saccharate and magnesium bisglycinate.
- Chasteberry extract (20 mg), ashwagandha root extract (50 mg) and ginger extract (20 mg): three plant extracts; the ashwagandha extract provides 5 mg withanolides.
- Phospholipids from sunflowers (1300 mg per daily dose): form the liposomes in which the ingredients are packed. They are sourced from the EU.
- Water, glycerol, malic acid and rosemary extract: water and glycerol as the carrier liquid, malic acid as an acidifier, rosemary extract as an antioxidant.
The product is vegan and contains lemon flavouring.

What is chasteberry (vitex)?
Chasteberry (Vitex agnus-castus) is a shrub from the Mediterranean region; its fruits are used. It is traditionally used by women around their cycle. We are not allowed to make any statements about its effects. Cycle Support contains 20 mg chasteberry extract per daily dose.
Chasteberry for PMS: what are we allowed to say?
We are not allowed to make any statements about the effects of chasteberry on PMS or menstrual cycle complaints, because no health claim is authorised for this in the EU. What we are allowed to say: the vitamin B6 it contains contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
What does Cycle Support contain besides chasteberry?
Vitamin B6, B3 and B1, iron and magnesium as well as extracts of chasteberry, ashwagandha and ginger. Everything is packed in liposomes made of sunflower phospholipids.
Does Cycle Support contain hormones?
No. Cycle Support does not contain any hormones. The vitamin B6 it contains contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.
Liquid chasteberry or capsules: what is the difference?
Liposomes are tiny vesicles made of phospholipids that are stable in liquid. That is why we offer Cycle Support as a liquid. You take it by the spoonful or stir it into a drink.
How much Cycle Support per day makes sense?
The recommended intake is 10 ml per day, which is about 2 teaspoons. One 250 ml bottle lasts 25 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
When and how do I take Cycle Support?
You can take the 10 ml neat or stir them into water or juice. The time of day is up to you.
Can I combine Cycle Support with other iron products?
Cycle Support already provides 14 mg iron per daily dose, i.e. 100 % of the nutrient reference value. Therefore, do not combine it with further iron supplements without medical advice.
Who is Cycle Support not suitable for?
Cycle Support is intended for adult women and is not suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding, for children, in case of liver disease or in case of an iron storage disease. If you take hormonal preparations or other medication, or have a hormone-dependent condition, consult a doctor before taking it.
How long does Cycle Support keep after opening?
After opening, keep the bottle in the fridge and use it up within 6 weeks. Unopened, it is best stored between +2 and +21 °C.
