Is the formula identical in both packs?
Yes. 200 mg magnesium per 10 ml stick, the same liposomal encapsulation, the same lemon flavour. Only the number of sticks differs.
When is the best time to take the sticks?
One stick a day, straight from the pack – without water. The time is up to you; many take it in the evening.
Does it get cheaper with several packs?
Yes. From two packs there is 5 %, from three 7 % – that makes €27.81 per monthly pack, or €0.93 a day.
What if I do not like the flavour?
That is what the weekly pack is for: seven sticks for €7.90 instead of a monthly pack you would not enjoy for a month.
Is magnesium also available as a bottle?
