Take 10 ml daily, neat or in liquid (e.g. juice or water). Optimal temperature between +2 and +21 °C – briefly the product also withstands more extreme temperatures. After opening, store in the fridge and use within 6 weeks. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.

Liposomal R-alpha-lipoic acid is R-alpha-lipoic acid packed into liposomes. Liposomes are microscopically small vesicles made of phospholipids – the same building blocks that make up the membranes of your body's cells. This shell protects the R-alpha-lipoic acid on its way through the stomach and gut.

Conventional alpha-lipoic acid is usually a mixture of two mirror-image forms, the R form and the S form. The R form is the one that occurs naturally in the body. Our product contains exclusively R-alpha-lipoic acid, embedded in liposomes made of sunflower phospholipids.

Water, glycerol, phospholipids (from sunflowers), sodium L-ascorbate, sodium R-alpha lipoate, acidifier: malic acid, sea buckthorn extract, antioxidant: rosemary extract.
Ingredients of R-Alpha-Lipoic Acid + Vitamin C Liposomal: what's inside and why
- Sodium R-alpha-lipoate: provides 100 mg R-alpha-lipoic acid per daily dose.
- Sodium L-ascorbate: the buffered, less acidic form of vitamin C. It provides 650 mg vitamin C per daily dose.
- Phospholipids from sunflowers (1300 mg per daily dose): form the liposomes in which both are packed. They are sourced from the EU.
- Water, glycerol, sea buckthorn extract, malic acid and rosemary extract: water and glycerol as the carrier liquid, sea buckthorn as a plant-based addition, malic acid as an acidifier, rosemary extract as an antioxidant.
The product is vegan and contains no added flavourings.
