ActiNovo's liposomal magnesium provides 200 mg of magnesium in just one daily dose of 10 ml. This is equivalent to the amount of magnesium contained in 60 grams of chia seeds!
The product is available in the Pure variant with natural flavour and as a flavour version with basil, lemon, and elderflower.
